COMMUNjCATIONS <br />Letter fron the Chicago URA Office dated November 15, 1965, R -7 URA APPROVAL <br />rescinding old reuse values of remaining R -7 Sample Street land OF UPDATED REUSE <br />to be,sold and authorizing us to negotiate sale of remaining VALUES <br />land based on updated reuse values. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />The Commission adopted the following updated reuse values on <br />the motion of Mr. Kompar, seconded by Mr. Helmen. Tract 1 was <br />23.70 per square foot - now 18f:,50; Tract 2 was 25.70 per square <br />foot - now 19.50; Tract 3 was 75.30 per square foot - now 32.50; <br />Tract 5 was 23.70 per square foot - now 15.5¢.
