South Bend Central Development Area <br />(2) Filing of Resolution No. 2441 amending <br />the South Bend Central Development Area <br />Development Plan and setting a public <br />hearing on Resolution No. 2441 for <br />10:00 a.m., March 28, 2008. (adding <br />properties from the Coveleski Planning <br />Area to the acquisition list) <br />Mr. Schalliol noted that Resolution No. 2441 <br />would add ten properties to the acquisition <br />list. <br />Mr. King asked when the consultant report is <br />going to be available. It's very difficult to <br />answer questions from the public and other <br />interested parties about why we are doing <br />what we are doing when we don't have the <br />plan. Mr. Schalliol responded that the first <br />draft of the plan is expected to be available <br />mid-March, before the public hearing on <br />Resolution No. 2441. <br />Ms. Jones asked that the Commissioners be <br />provided the draft as soon as it is available, <br />in advance of the public hearing. Mr. <br />Schalliol assured her that the Commissioners <br />would get it as soon as it becomes available. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted for filing Resolution <br />No. 2441 amending the South Bend Central <br />Development Area Development Plan and set <br />a public hearing on Resolution No. 2441 for <br />10:00 a.m., March 28, 2008. (adding <br />properties from the Coveleski Planning Area <br />to the acquisition list) <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED FOR FILING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2441 AMENDING THE SOUTH <br />BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND SET A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 2441 FOR 10:00 <br />A.M., MARCH 28, 2008.
