Declaratory Hearing' given on Improvement Resolution No. 200 for Pi Street from Bi rdsell Street to Adams St reet , Pipe Sever on Li sto n In the, above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board t6refore find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend, are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed and approved.- Be it -resolved that notices be published in.the South Bend Daily Times an the 16th. day of September1912 and on the 23rd. day of September 1912 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 4t-h. day of October 1912.
