<br />Mr. Martin appeared before the Board and notified them that he had been retained bV
<br />John and Jesse Janisczak to represent -crier, in matter of - opening of Union Street and
<br />filed notice to effect that Janisezak have a substantial interest in lots 13 Arnold,
<br />Hine & Wilson's Sub. Div. , . of Bank Out lot 100-101 and 102. The same was plaeed on file.
<br />Nearing given on Assessment Roll. and Anal estimate for Pipe Sewer on South Bend Ave
<br />from Eddy Street to Eastern. City Limits, under Improvement Resolution No. 107.
<br />A remonstrator appeared, in, the person of John Duey, and remonstrated against his
<br />assessment, but no remonstrance was filed. The Board after due consideration therefore
<br />find th.&t the property assessed in said rolls filed July 19th. 1912 is benefited in the
<br />amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Beard further find that the assess
<br />meat rolls filed July 19th. 1912 and the Final Estimate allowed July 19th. 1912 should
<br />be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
