Therefore be it .resolved that the Board find in each and every case, in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the,City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said. Improvement vnd the same whereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 29t h. day of. .
