Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe Seger on Allen Street from Van -Buren Street to Vassar Avenue under Improvement Resolution Na. 136. RESOLVED, that notices as to the amounts of assessments bepUbl i shed for r six'consecutive diys in the South Bend Daily Tines, commencing' on the 29th. day of July 1912, stating that this; Board will give a hearing on the above 'assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 23rd day of August 1912 at 7 A5 P.M. RESOLVED furtheri that the entire work under the above contracts be ac- cepted nd approved and the final estimate thereon allowed.
