In the above matter no remonstrators appeared, and* no remonstrances were filed. Therefore, be it resolved t at the. Board find in each and every cane in said Improve ment.s that the benefits to the property, and to the C ty of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said Improvements and the some are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 17th. day of June 1912 and on the 24th. day of June 1912 to the effect tYfat this Beard will receive bids for the construction of said tmprovements up 'to 10:00 A. M. on the 5t h. day of July 1912, The Board reserves the- right to reject- any and all bids. ✓ Hearing on the Trunk Sewer on South fain Street from Indian.a Avenue to Ewing Ave. under improvement resolution No. 176. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remsnstrances were filed. The Board the therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed May 21st. 1912 is benefited in the amount ,of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the.
