47f Fri h. 1912. Board met in regular hearing at 7:45 P.M. All members present. A"�Hearihg given on the grade, curb and talk on Howard "Street from Notre Dame 11 Avenue t o° Eddy St re �t , Undo r Imp rev4ment Re solut ion No. 153. In the above matter no remonattrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. Therefore be it resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said Improve— ments that the benefits to the property, and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 17th. day of June 1912 and on the 24th.. day of June 1912 to the effect that this, Board wild. receive bids for the construction ®f• said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 5th. day of July,1912. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. There— fore be it resolved that the Board find in each and every case in ziAid improvements that the benefits to the property, and to the City of South 'Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same .are hereby 'in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.
