Upon award of the land, each builder must make a diligent <br />effort o have the property under construction within 18 montha=,'or to <br />show ju tifiable, cause for negligence, or the property will revert back t6 <br />the Red velopment Commission. Also, all building plans must be submitted <br />to the edevelopjnent Commission for approval before securing a building <br />permit, as plans, must meet with.the Urban Renewal Plan for the LaSalle Park <br />Project, R -57. <br />A motion was made by Rev. Kirk for acceptance of these bids, seconded by <br />Mr. Kompar, and carried. <br />A question was asked by Mr. Place as to what use the Laymen Chapel Church <br />had intended for Parcels 33 -9 and 33 -10, and upon being notified it was <br />F' to have been for a parsonage Mr. Place wanted to forfeit his right to these <br />-3- <br />
