Kirk <br />3. <br />The C <br />nt was given by Mr. Dean Wilhelm on behalf of the Mayor and the <br />merit Board of Trustees, that at their annual meeting held December <br />each of the present commissioners were reappointed to serve an-4 <br />r, and that each one had been so notified by letter. Mr. Wilhelm <br />appreciation to the commissioners for performing their duties <br />in so doing had made the job of the trustees an easy one. Mrs. <br />Blough, South Bend City Clerk, conducted the swearing in of <br />,issioner. <br />OF OFFICERS <br />Hammerschmidt consented to the appointment of temporary chairman <br />lection of officers. Mr. Helmen made a nomination that each offi- <br />ed thems6lves for another year. Mr. Kompar moved the nominations <br />, supported by Mr. Chenney, and a unanimous ballot was cast. <br />are as follows: President - Donald A.
