Out of a total of 167 on the reloca- <br />tion workload to date, 27 remain in the LaSalle Park area <br />and 140 have been relocated. 70 families and 9 individuals <br />have been relocated into sales housing, 32 families and 6 <br />individuals into rental housing, and 18 families and 5 indi- <br />viduals into public housing. Two of the large families <br />have been relocated, one having 10 members and one having <br />C-11 <br />8 members. The greatest problem is to find suitable hous- <br />ing for large families. At this point, Mr. Lawson, Execu- <br />tive Director of the Urban League was introduced, and he in <br />turn volu eered every possible means of cooperation with <br />the Redevelopment Department and also the LaSalle Park Dis- <br />trict Coun il. <br />C. Industrial Expansion_ Project , R-56.
