Corporate Form No. 364-1 Page Two (B) <br />voting members must own real estate and live therein is bounded by a <br />line running in the center of the following public streets, railroad tracks <br />and river within said City of South Bend, to -wit: Commencing at the <br />intersection of Lincoln Way West and Wilber Street; thence running North <br />on Wilber Street to Vassar Street; thence running East on Vassar Street <br />to the railroad tracks of the Penn Central Railroad Company; thence <br />running in a general northeasterly and then easterly direction along the <br />center of said railroad tracks to the St. Joseph River; thence running <br />upstream along the West and South bank of said River to Madison Street <br />(extended to said River bank edge); thence West on Madison Street to <br />Michigan Street; thence South on Michigan Street to La Salle Avenue; <br />thence West on La Salle Avenue to Lincoln Way West; thence Northwest <br />on Lincoln Way West to the place of beginning at the intersection of <br />Lincoln Way West and Wilber Street. <br />
