Corporate Form No. 364-1 Page Two <br />(a) Votin Members. Voting members shall be individual <br />persons who reside in real estate owned by them and located <br />within the territorial limits of the near northwest section of the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana, as those territorial limits are set <br />out and specified on Page Two (A) hereof. Ownership of real <br />estate is defined for purposes of these Articles as owning a fee <br />simple interest in real estate as sole owner or owner with <br />another or others or as being an installment land contract <br />purchaser of real estate either individually or with another or <br />UL�l�rS. <br />(b) ComMunity Members.Any person, .firm or corporation, <br />other than a voting member, who owns (as defined herein) real <br />estate or operates a business or other activity within said territorial <br />limits may be a community member. <br />Section 3. Voting Rights of Classes. <br />Only voting inembers may vote in any meeting of members or of <br />the Board of Directors of the Corporation. Each voting member shall <br />have one vote, except that• when a voting member owns real estate <br />qualifying him for voting membership with another person or persons, <br />only one of these owners may vote. <br />Section 4.
