Hanson <br />Engineering contract has been closed. <br />HANSON DIS- <br />POSITION CLOSED. <br />c. United <br />Beverage, Inc. transaction now awaits City <br />and federal <br />approval of a median cut-and a change order <br />UNITED BEVERAGE <br />for the im <br />rovement. The city traffic engineer is not <br />AWAITS CITY /URA <br />wholly in <br />greement with the arrangements of the cut as of <br />APPROVAL FOR <br />this date. <br />CHANGE ORDER. <br />6. OLD BUSINESS <br />A contract <br />for rehabilitation studies submitted by City <br />APPROVAL OF <br />Planning Associates, <br />Incorporated which was reviewed since <br />REHABILITATION <br />the last Commission <br />Meeting was up for discussion. The <br />CONTRACT <br />Chicago U, <br />has preliminarily reviewed this contract and <br />LASALLE R-57. <br />has given <br />their unofficial approval. The contract services <br />include exhaustive <br />examination of the structures to be <br />rehabilitated <br />in the LaSalle Park R -57, with special detailed <br />"before and <br />after" appraisals of some fifty (3)) buildings <br />selected jointly <br />with Chicago URA, and the services will be <br />performed <br />or $21,500. On the motion of Mr. Helmen and second <br />of Mr.,Koc <br />an the Commission voted to approve awarding of this <br />contract for <br />$21,500 to City Planning Associates, Incorporated <br />subject to <br />review of the contract by the Commission's legal <br />counsel an <br />to approval as necessary by the Chicago URA office. <br />7. NEW BUSINESS <br />a.
