This familiarity will be valuable to the reconstruction of Olive Street <br />because we can assist you with: <br />• Financial management of the project Coordination with III (ensuring the City of <br />• Maintenance of construction schedule South Bend's interests are heard prior to INDOT <br />• Managing coordination among contractors, authorizing any change orders) <br />stakeholders, and designers <br />Our project team has led, managed, and/or inspected multiple projects in South Bend, as well as the INDOT LaPorte <br />District, and we can use this experience to provide a streamlined, efficient, and well -organized project.
