Relations Act, as amended. In no way shall such individual be deemed to be an agent of the Union. When twenty (20) or <br />more members of the Bargaining Unit are employed on any one project, an Assistant Craft Foreman shall be employed. <br />The Assistant Craft Foreman shall be a working assistant. On any shift other than the normal work day as set forth in <br />this Agreement, where ten (10) or more members of the Bargaining Unit are employed, an Assistant Craft Foreman shall <br />be employed who shall assume the duties of the Craft Foreman and shall be under the direction of the Craft Foreman. <br />The Craft Foreman shall remain in the project if two (2) or more employees of the Bargaining Unit are working <br />overtime. Employees on pump or dewatering systems are excluded in the count of such employees.
