representatives of the Employers and the <br />Union, which Agreement and <br />Declaration of Trust shall conform to all <br />requirements of law. A copy of said <br />Agreement and Declaration of Trust <br />together with any amendments thereto, <br />shall be considered as part of this <br />Agreement as though set forth here in <br />length. <br />APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING <br />FUND <br />Section X. Each Employer shall <br />contribute the amount per hour, specified <br />in the wage and fringe benefit section of <br />this Agreement, for all employees <br />covered by this Agreement to the <br />IRONWORKERS LOCAL NO.395 <br />JOINT APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING <br />FUND. <br />The contributions of the Employers <br />shall be used exclusively to provide <br />training for registered apprentices and <br />for organization and administration of <br />the Joint Training Program as the Joint <br />Apprenticeship Committee may <br />determine. <br />The said Joint Apprenticeship Training <br />Fund shall be administered pursuant to <br />an Agreement and Declaration of Trust <br />administered jointly by an equal number <br />of representatives of the Employers and <br />the Union which Agreement and <br />Declaration of Trust shall conform to all <br />requirements of law. A copy of said <br />Agreement and Declaration of Trust, <br />together with any amendments thereto, <br />shall be considered as part of this <br />Agreement as though set forth here at <br />length. <br />TERMINATION CLAUSE <br />Section XI.
