Agreement, into the Pension Plan on all <br />employees covered by this Agreement to <br />the IRONWORKERS MID-AMERICA <br />PENSION PLAN. As of January 1, <br />1997, the Mid -America Pension Plan has <br />been divided into two (2) separate funds. <br />The "Base Pension" will be known as <br />the Defined Benefit Plan, and the <br />"S.M.A." will be known as the Defined <br />Contribution Plan. <br />The contributions of the Employers <br />shall be used exclusively to provide <br />pensions to eligible employees in such <br />form and amount as the Trustees of the <br />Pension Plan may determine in the <br />organization and administration of the <br />Pension Plan. <br />The said Pension Plan shall be <br />administered pursuant to an Agreement <br />and Declaration of Trust administered <br />jointly by an equal number of <br />representatives of the Employers and the <br />Union, which Agreement and <br />21 <br />Declaration of Trust shall conform to all <br />requirements of law. A copy of said <br />Agreement and Declaration of Trust <br />together with any amendments thereto, <br />shall be considered as part of this <br />Agreement as though set forth here at <br />length. <br />(B) Annuity Plan - Each Employer <br />shall contribute the amount per hour <br />worked, specified in the wage and fringe <br />benefit section of the Agreement, into <br />the Local 395 Annuity Plan, on all <br />employees covered by this Agreement. <br />The contributions of the Employers <br />shall be used exclusively to provide <br />pensions to eligible employees in such <br />an amount as the Trustees of the Annuity <br />Plan may determine in the organization <br />and administration of the Annuity Plan. <br />The said Annuity Plan shall be <br />administered pursuant to an Agreement <br />and Declaration of Trust administered <br />jointly by an equal number of <br />22 <br />
