Employees not receiving <br />proper renumeration at that time are <br />entitled to receive four (4) hours pay at <br />the applicable straight time rate and an <br />additional four (4) hours pay each <br />twenty-four (24) hour waiting period. <br />Any employee called out for unscheduled <br />weekend work shall receive no less than <br />eight (8) hours pay per day at the <br />applicable rate, except when the employee is <br />employed on the Friday before and the <br />Monday following, the employee shall <br />receive no less than four (4) hours pay. <br />WAGE RATES <br />FRINGE BENEFITS <br />PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS <br />Section VII. (A) FOREMAN: Foreman <br />shall receive 8% above journeyman's <br />hourly wage rate. Sheeter Foreman shall <br />also receive 8% above sheeter's hourly <br />wage rate. There shall be a Sheeter <br />Foreman for each sheeting gang. <br />(B) GENERAL FOREMAN: If at the <br />contractors discretion a General Foreman <br />is required, the General Foreman shall <br />receive 11% above journeyman's hourly <br />wage rate. <br />(C) STEWARDS: Refer to Section <br />XXXIX. <br />(D) In accordance with the agreement <br />reached between the NWI Contractors <br />Association, Inc. and International <br />Association of Bridge Structural <br />Ornamental and Reinforcing Iron <br />Workers Local Union #395, the <br />following are the changes in wage rates <br />and fringe benefits effective June 1, <br />2014. <br />15 16 <br />
