performed on the HOLIDAYS recognized in this AGREEMENT or on the days celebrated <br />or observed as such shall be paid either time and a half or double time as per Agreement. <br />(h) The shift work lunch period shall be thirty (30) minutes immediately following <br />the first four regular shift hours, <br />(i) Each Employee working more than ten (10) hours shall be allowed reasonable <br />time to have the second lunch without any loss of pay between the ninth (9th) and the <br />tenth (1 Oth) hour. <br />(j) SPECIAL WORK HOURS. The EMPLOYER shall apply to the UNION for <br />special work hours: <br />1. When special hours are agreed to by the UNION and more than ten (10) hours <br />are worked on any job, the regular lunch period shall be thirty (30) minutes immediately <br />following the first four (4) hours.
