Agreement if the other Local Union is <br />Pursuing a course of action which is a <br />violation of any ordinance or statue of the <br />local, State or Federal government or <br />which is defined as an unfair labor <br />practice under the provisions of the <br />Labor Management Relations Act of <br />1947, as amended. <br />NON -UNION DUES DEDUCTIONS <br />Section XXXXI. All employees shall, as <br />a condition of employment, pay to the <br />Union an amount of money equal to that <br />paid by other employees in the <br />bargaining unit wbo are members of the <br />Union, which shall be limited to an <br />amount of money equal to the Union's <br />regular and usual initiation fee, and its <br />regular and usual membership dues. For <br />existing employees such payments shall <br />commence eight (8) days following the <br />date of execution of this Agreement; and <br />for new employees eight (8) days <br />following the date of their employment <br />in consideration of the employer's entering <br />into this collective bargaining Agreement <br />which Agreement includes in this <br />Section an Agency Shop provision, the <br />Union hereby agrees to indemnify the <br />employer and hold it harmless from any <br />and all claims, liabilities or costs to the <br />employer which arise out of entering into <br />or enforcement of said provision or <br />which arise out of the payroll deduction <br />of Agency Shop fees. <br />APPRENTICESHIP <br />Section XXXXII. The parties signatory <br />hereto have established a Joint <br />Apprenticeship Committee in <br />accordance with the provision of the Iron <br />Workers Apprenticeship and Training <br />Standards, as contained in Section I, <br />Article XXIH of the International <br />Constitution, and said Committee agrees <br />to operate an Apprentice Program in the <br />75 1 76 <br />
