Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: <br />The initial project scope for this On -Call Survey/Right-of-Way Services agreement is to <br />have JPR under contract to perform various survey tasks as requested by the City of <br />South Bend, Board of Public Works. Several projects have been assigned and have <br />either been completed or partially completed. The following are a list of projects that <br />have either been completed or are currently being worked on: <br />During the design process the following items have been added to the initial project <br />scope: <br />1) Portage -Boland R/W Acquisition (COMPLETED): JPR originally prepared Right - <br />of -Way Engineering Documents for the roundabout at Portage Avenue/Boland <br />Drive on July 6, 2018.
