RESOLUTION NO. 74 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR LAND.IN TBE SAMPLE STREET REDEVELOPMENT AREA Stadiana, Inc., subsidiary of United Parcel Service, has submitted its Redeveloper's Statement for Public Disclosure and Statement of Qualifications and Financial Responsibility to the Redevelopment Department, in an offer to buy land in the Sample Street Industrial Area. On motion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Koczan and unanimo sly carried, the Commission approved the offer to buy.the land at the approved price of 23.7 per sq. ft., subject to HHFA concurr nce. Resolution No. 74 covering this authorization is here- by attached and made.a part of .these minutes. V.
