RESOLUTION NO. 74 AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FOR LAND.IN <br />TBE SAMPLE STREET REDEVELOPMENT AREA <br />Stadiana, Inc., subsidiary of United Parcel Service, has submitted <br />its Redeveloper's Statement for Public Disclosure and Statement of <br />Qualifications and Financial Responsibility to the Redevelopment <br />Department, in an offer to buy land in the Sample Street Industrial <br />Area. On motion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Koczan and <br />unanimo sly carried, the Commission approved the offer to buy.the <br />land at the approved price of 23.7 per sq. ft., subject to HHFA <br />concurr nce. Resolution No. 74 covering this authorization is here- <br />by attached and made.a part of .these minutes. <br />V.
