<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted the Project Completion
<br />Affidavit on behalf of Gibson -Lewis, LLC, 1001 W. I Ph Street, Mishawaka, IN 46544, for the
<br />above referenced project, indicating a final cost of $3,973,460. Upon a motion made by Ms.
<br />Maradik, seconded by Ms. O'Sullivan and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit was
<br />approved.
<br />APPROVE PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT — BERLIN PLACE NO. 2 —
<br />ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, AND PLUMBING — PROJECT NO. 117-048 (RWDA TIF)
<br />Mr. Gilot advised that Mr. Toy Villa, Engineering, has submitted the Project Completion
<br />Affidavit on behalf of CBS Services, LLC, 401 E. Colfax Ave., South Bend, IN 46617, for the
<br />above referenced project, indicating a final cost of $3,818,000. Upon a motion made by Ms.
<br />Maradik, seconded by Ms. O'Sullivan and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit was
<br />approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS AND TITLE
<br />SHEET — MUESSEL GROVE PUBLIC RESTROOM — PROJECT NO. 118-099R (VPA
<br />CAPITAL)
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Ms. Alicia Czarnecki, Engineering, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Also presented at this time for
<br />approval and execution was the Title Sheet. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by
<br />Ms. O'Sullivan and carried, the above request to advertise was approved, and the Title Sheet was
<br />approved and signed.
<br />REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY — 407
<br />COTTAGE GROVE
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Andrew Netter, Community Investment, stated his
<br />department has received an application to purchase vacant City -owned property at the above
<br />address. He noted in his memorandum that he has determined that the City has no need for the
<br />property; the intended use of the petitioner is appropriate; and the petitioner is eligible to
<br />purchase the property as an abutting property owner. Mr. Netter stated he is therefore requesting
<br />to advertise the sale of the property per I.C. 36-1-11-5. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik,
<br />seconded by Ms. O'Sullivan and carried, the above request was approved.

<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Ms. Becca Plantz, Engineering, requested permission to
<br />advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referenced project. Also presented at this time for
<br />approval and execution was the Title Sheet. Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by
<br />Ms. O'Sullivan and carried, the above request to advertise was approved, and the Title Sheet was
<br />approved and signed.
<br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 32-2019 — A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND BOARD
<br />OF PUBLIC WORKS ON DISPOSAL OF UNFIT AND/OR OBSOLETE PROPERTY
<br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. O'Sullivan and carried, the following
