Personnel and Finance Committee <br />February 25, 2008 <br />Page 2 <br />Bill No. 82-07: Proposed Ordinance to Amend Section 2-213 of the South Bend <br />Municipal Code <br />Council Member LaFoutain noted that he received a letter dated February 20, 2008 <br />from Chief Assistant City Attorney Aladean DeRose requested that Bill No. 82-07 be <br />continued until March 24, 2008. <br />Dr. Varner made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kirsits that Bill No. 82-07 be <br />recommended to be continued to March 24th at the request of the petitioner.
