Ix. PROGRESS REPORT Upon motion made by Mr. Helmen, seconded by Mr. Williams CHANGE IN and unanimously carried, the Commission authorized John APPRAISAL G. Pence, Realtor, to make a change in the appraisal of IND. R -29 Chapin Street Project Ind. R -29 to show the entire area to be used for residential and park purposes. The cost of this change is not to exceed $500. The question of hiring an expert on land disposition SAMPLE ST. for the Sample Street Area was discussed. Mr. Helmen LAND stated he felt Mr. Hartwig of the Committee of 100 was DISPOSITION such an expert and the Commission suggested that Mr. TAilliams, Chairman of the Land Disposition Committee, together with Mr. Sucher, contact Mr. Hartwig between now and the next Commissioners' meeting to see if some arrangement might be made with the Committee of 100.
