RESOLUTION NO. 40 - APPROVING RECOMMENDED MINIMUM LAND DISPOSITION PRICES FOR SAMPLE STREET PROJECT INDIANA R -7 (Continued) NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following disposition prices be recommended to the Housing and Home Finance Agency for concurrence: Parcel ##1 --23.7 per sq. ft. per sq. ft. . #3-- 75.3 per sq. ft. 44 - 24.7 per sq: ft. #5 - 48.3 per sq. ft. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Parcels #1, #2 and #4 be offered at the above prices for light industrial reuse and that Parcels #3 and #5 be offered at their respective prices for commercial reuse. RESOLUTION NO. 41 - AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO NOTIFY SUCCESSFUL BIDDER ON PRELIMINARY LOAN NOTES SOLD ON JANUARY 30, 1962 The Ex cutive Director called the attention of the Commission to the fa t that an advertisement had been placed in the Bond Buyer, the So th Bend Tribune and the Record, offering for sale prelimin- ary loan notes lst Series, A, in the principal amount of $879,000, guaranteed by the United States Government. These advertisements called for sealed bids to be opened on January 30, 1962, 12 o'clock noon, Zentral Standard Time, in the presence of the City Controller, Mr. Ed in L, Davies. Mr. Su her stated that under the procedure outlined by the HHFA, the Ci y Controller would notify the successful bidder on the preliminary loan notes, after first securing approval of the HHFA. On mot'on duly made by Mr. Fred J. Helmen, seconded by Virgil A. Place, and unanimously carried, the following resolution was adopte ; RESOLVED that the City Controller be and is hereby authorized to notify the successful bidder or bidders on the preliminary loan notes -to -be sold on January 30, 1962. em
