Paid $45, or full amount <br />of relocation claim towards rent. <br />RosiE Williams; Parcel 13 -3, owes $32.2.4. Unemployed, <br />receives public assistance. Recently released from <br />Beatty Memorial Hospital (mental institution).- Refuses <br />to sign Form #6140.for relocation claim.
