I INTERVIEW OF APPLICANT - ASSISTANT DIRECTOR <br />The commission interviewed Mr. Howard Bellinger for the position <br />of Assistant Director for the South Bend Redevelopment Department. <br />Mr. Bellinger is currently employed as Assistant Director of the <br />City Planning Commission, South Bend, Indiana. <br />VI.
