Task 9 — As-Builts Engineer shall coordinate and verify as needed the final construction documents for the Owner, of completed small drainage project. Engineer shall provide in CAD, PDF, or other methods, as directed by the Owner, all documents related to each project area. Completion: Dec. 4, 2020 {Phasing: Phase I — south area. 1). Preparation of topographic survey for Phase I and Phase II areas; 2). Preparation of preliminary drainage design for Phase I area; 3). Cost estimate for Phase I drainage work; 4). Evaluation of Phase I with City Engineering staff, Phase II — north area. 1). Preparation of preliminary drainage design for Phase II area; 2). Cost estimate for Phase 11 drainage work; 3). Evaluation of Phase II with City Engineering staff, 4). Evaluations of Phase 11 and Phase I for additional work or finalize plans as directed by City Engineering staff;
