This leaves a balance of 41 fami- <br />lies on the present workload schedule. <br />He mentioned that there have been several cases where <br />residents are being charged exorbitant amounts for mov- <br />ing ex enses by private individuals. In order to prevent <br />this, the Commission suggested that an estimate by a <br />regular mover be required wherever the actual cost would <br />be mor than the fixed payment. <br />A request for rent reduction for Parcel 12 -24 was made. <br />The tenants are using the building for storage purposes <br />only, and will turn over possession by the end of August. <br />The requested reduction was from $55 to $15 per month. <br />It was so moved by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Koczan <br />and unanimously carried. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Williams, <br />aAd unanimotsly carried, the Commission approved the sub <br />mittal of a Budget Revision covering an overrun in the <br />approved federal Sample Street budget, shown by the <br />Federal Audit.
