OGRESS REPORT - Continued <br />Mr. Sucher reported that he ;had consulted with Mr. Ray Site <br />Andrys ak, City Engineer, regarding a site engineer for Engineer <br />the Sample Street Project. Upon motion made by Mr. Ind. R -7 <br />Williams, seconded by Mr. Koczan, and unanimously carried, <br />the fi m of Charles Cole & Sons was appointed Engineer of <br />the S ple Street Project site improvements, subject to <br />mutual y agreeable contract. <br />The Conimission was notified that a "Statement of Financial Audit <br />Status' (audit report), as of March 31,,1961, has been Report <br />received from the Federal Government. Also, since the 3/31/61 <br />Bonding Company paid approximately $200 the Redevelop - <br />ment Department had outstanding, every penny has been <br />recovered from the loss incurred during the time Mrs. <br />Dorothy Preston served as bookkeeper. <br />Mr. Sucher requested that we obtain a second fire -proof Fire -proof <br />file for the abstracts from the Sample Street Project File ##2 <br />which are being kept in the Redevelopment Department <br />Office.
