APPRO VAL OF REVISED H- <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Place, seconded by Mr. Louis, and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved a Revised H -6144 "Request for Con- <br />currence in Acquisition Prices" covering five parcels. <br />V. QMRTERLY REPORTS <br />The Commission reviewed the prepared HHFA Forms, H -6000 Physical <br />Progress Quarterly Report, H -690 Quarterly Report for Financial and <br />Budget Review, H -6203 Quarterly Property Management. Report, and the <br />Balance Sheet for the quarter ended June 30, 1961, covering Sample <br />Street Project Indiana R -7. On motion made by Mr. Place, seconded <br />by Mr. elmen, and unanimously carried, the Commission authorized the <br />require signatures and submission of these reports to the Housing <br />and Ho e Finance Agency, Chicago, Illinois: <br />-3- <br />
