At the end of <br />that period <br />title to the car will be transferred to the <br />Redevelopment <br />Department. It is to be the responsibility <br />of the <br />accountant who is to be contracted on a day -a -month <br />basis <br />o prorate the expenditures from this fund. <br />On the suggestion of Mr. F. K. Baer, and approval of the <br />Commission, it was decided that the Redevelopment Depart- <br />ment contact Mr. E.
