V. QUEST FOR FUND TRANSFER The Commission, on motion made by Mr. Koczan, seconded by Mr. Place, and unanimously carried, approved form H -6205, Request for Consent to Transfer Funds, in the amount of $2,105.00, from the Project Temporary Loan Repayment Fund to the Project Expenditures Account. The C mmission authorized the signature of the President and the submi -on of this report to the Housing and Home Finance Agency, Chica o, Illinois. VI. 6ONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Upon review by E. J. Caljouw, Auditor, HHFA, it was found that the contract for the attorney's professional services to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has not been signed. Mr. Koczan made a motion, seconded by Mr. Place, and unanimously carried, that the c ntract be signed and made retroactive to the date that the attor ey's services began with the Redevelopment Commission. VII. The Commission postponed a decision on a request to permit moving of ho es by Mr. Jacob Mitschelen from the Sample Street area. Approval must be received from the Housing & Home Finance Agency, who require strict compliance of specifications in Section 11 -1 -2 of Ur an Renewal Manual before permission can be granted. The Commission recommended that 50', lots be the minimum width. Messrs. Lynch and Mitschelen will offer proposals covering the six points in thE Manual for submission to the Regional Office. VIII.
