III. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Project Expenditures Account <br />1440.01 Option (Partial payment of seven (7) <br />parcels @ $10.00 each) $70.00 <br />Urban Redevelopment Fund <br />Frederick K. Baer, Rttorney - Fund advanced <br />to affix the required U.S. Documentary Stamps <br />to unrecorded deeds. Funds for said stamps <br />were collected by Dorothy Preston, Bookkeeper <br />of the Redevelopment Commission, and such funds <br />were personally expended by her for her personal <br />use, for which she has been criminally indicted. <br />$80.45 <br />150.45 <br />On motion made by Mr. Williams, seconded by Mr. Helmen, and unani- <br />mouslj carried, the claims for payment totaling $150.45 were <br />endorsed by -the Commission. <br />IV.
