VI. <br />RESOL <br />BODY <br />AUTHO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br />ION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, <br />ZING THE SIGNING OF THE DEMOLITION CONTRACT COVERING THE <br />STREET REDEVELOPMENT AREA - PROJECT NO. INDIANA R -7. <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Sucher, Executive Director, has advised the <br />Commi sioners that the Interstate Demolition Corporation, the <br />lowes bidder, had submitted the following fully executed documents: <br />seco <br />said <br />foll <br />tion <br />agre <br />numbe <br />commu <br />ret <br />Red <br />1. Five (5) copies of Agreement For Demolition. <br />2. Certificate of Insurance from Liberty Mutual <br />Insurance Company covering Workmen's Compensa- <br />tion, Comprehensive General Liability, and all <br />other hazards. <br />3. Five (5) copies of Performance and Payment. <br />Bond with Interstate Demolition Corporation <br />as Principal and the United States Fidelity <br />and Guaranty Company as Surety. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, on motion duly made by Mr. Clyde':Williams, <br />.ed by Mr. Fred Helmen, and on the basis of approval of <br />nstruments by Mr. Frederick K. Baer, LPA Counsel,..-the <br />Ing resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLVED: That the Commission sign and approve said Demoli- <br />ontract.
