` Resolut4 No. 17 <br />and objections from persons interested in or affected by such proceedings, and for <br />the purpose of determining the public utility and benefit thereof; and <br />W H E R EA S, no written remonstrances or objections were received <br />prior to o at such hearing, and all persons present desiring to be heard have been <br />heard; an <br />WHEREAS, the Commission has given consideration to all of the <br />statements made by all persons interested in said proceedings and is now prepared <br />to take firial action thereon; and <br />W H E R E A S , the Commission now finds that it will be of public <br />utility and benefit to proceed with the acquisition of the property in the blighted area <br />i <br />described in Declaratory Resolution One, Sample Street Redevelopment Project Area, <br />adopted by the Commission on May 5, 1960, and that said Declaratory Resolution <br />should be confirmed; now therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, <br />Governing Body of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, that it will <br />be of public utility and benefit to proceed with the plan of redevelopment as set forth <br />in Declaratory Resolution One, Sample Street Redevelopment Project Area, adopted <br />by the Commission, and said resolution is now hereby confirmed. <br />Adopted at the regular meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission held on June 16, 1960, at the office of the Commission, 129 West Col- <br />fax Avenue, South Bend, Indiana. <br />(SEAL) <br />ATTEST: <br />Henry <br />Executive Director <br />SOUTH B_aNP,,-R.EPEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />-z - <br />0 <br />R 309(3) <br />
