t Sample RESOI,TraaON NO. n 7 CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT CONFIRMATORY RESOLUTION ONE, SAMPLE STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA ADOPTED June 16, 1960 WHEREAS, following the adoption of Declaratory Resolution One, Redevelopment Project Area, by the Commission on May 5, 1960, the same,1 together with the supporting data, was submitted to the South Bend City Plan Commission, which Plan Commission issued its written orders determining that said Declaratory Resolution One and the redevelopment plan conformed to the master pl4n of development for the City of South Bend, and approved said Declara- tory Resolution One and the redevelopment plan; and WHEREAS, notice of the adoption of Declaratory Resolution One, Sample Stfreet Redevelopment Project Area, and purport thereof; of the fact that maps and 1plats were available for inspection at the office of the Department; and that a hearing would be held on June 14, 1960, at 7:00 P.M. CST (8:00 P.M. CDT). at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, at which hearing remonstrances and would-be received and heard by the Commission and the public utility and, benefit of said project would be finally determined by the Commission; which notice was published in the South Bend Tribune once each week for two consecutive weeks, thp last publication being at least ten (10) days before the date fixed for the hearing; said W H E R E A S , this being the time and place fixed in said notice for hearing and for the purpose of receiving and hearing remonstrances -1- R 309(3)
