C. BonDurant <br />rovided these firms agree on a $3, 500 overall fee for appraising 1/2 of <br />the pr tect area, and to complete appraisal work within the time limit. <br />As soo* as the title work is cleared the appraisal work will begin. <br />Mr. Su her will contact the chosen appraisers for the lst and 2nd set of appraisals, <br />and forward to the Chicago Office the proposed Contracts. Also, according to <br />Mr. Place's request, he will notify those not selected at this stage that they will <br />be considered for the 3rd set of appraisals to be done next spring. <br />(5) N(NE OF THE COMMISSION MEMBERS ARE PROPERTY <br />O NERS IN THE PROJECT AREA <br />For record purposes, the Commission Attorney asked the individual members <br />of theC mmission and the staff if they owned any properties in the Sample Street <br />Redevelopment Area. <br />All rep�ied negatively. <br />(6) �DOPTION OF CITY'S PERSONNEL POLICIES FOR <br />OMMISSION STAFF <br />Mr. Bar remarked he would check with the City's records to see if such a set <br />of pers nnel rules were ever drawn up.
