He suggested John Fezy, Draftsman, to conduct the additional surveys, <br />deriving f rom, the fact that Mr. Fezy had already familiarized himself with the area <br />by his pat duties, and he is now ahead of the current project stage in his drafting <br />work and could devote his full time to inspections.
