5, <br />-4- <br />USSION OF WORKABLE PROGRAM <br />At the time of the Meeting the Mayor had not as yet approved the Workable <br />Program and since his signature is necessary before its submission, a• <br />detailed discussion of the program was not held at this time, but rather it was <br />deci d that a copy of the program would be submitted to each-.member of the <br />Comrhission in the near future for their examination. <br />However, since the Workable Program is required at the time of the prelimin- <br />ary application submission, the Commission approved the filing of it along <br />with the project submission as soon as it had the Mayor's approval. <br />The <br />anali <br />oints covered in the Workable Program were codes and ordinances, a <br />rehensive community plan, an administrative organization, neighborhood <br />;is, financing, housing for displaced families and citizen participation. <br />
