Hickey, Sr. <br />Mr. Roy B. Root <br />Mrs. Guy P. Curtis <br />Mr. Stanley J. Mezykowski <br />ainutes of the meeting of 1 December 1958 were read and approved by <br />rustees. The following business was discussed: <br />ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mr. Thomas Hickey nominated the following members of the Board of <br />Trustees for office for the year 1960. <br />President - Mr. Jack J. Kohen <br />Vice- President - Mr. Roy B. Root <br />Secretary - Mrs. Guy P. Curtis <br />Mrs. Curtis seconded the nominations. No further nominations were <br />made and the Board unanimously elected the officers as nominated. <br />APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS <br />After a brief discussion of their performance and qualifications, it was <br />moved by Mrs. Curtis and seconded by Mr. Hickey that the present <br />Board of Commissioners be reappointed. The motion was unanimously <br />carried. <br />
