Colfax Avenue <br />Trustees Present: Stanley Mezykowski, Jack Kohen, Roy Root, Mrs. Guy Curtis <br />Also Pre <br />,:absent: <br />sent: Henry Sucher - Executive Director <br />James Neidigh - Assistant Director <br />Fred Baer - Attorney <br />Thomas Hickey, Sr. <br />Due to the absence of Mr. Hickey, President, the Meeting was called to order <br />by Mr, b4ezykowski, Vice President. The Minutes of the Meeting of May 27th <br />were read by Mr. Sucher and approved by the Trustees. The following business <br />was discussed: <br />1 - E <br />TION OF OFFICERS <br />After blef discussion periods, the following members were elected to the <br />respecti a offices: <br />Preside t - Mr. Kohen was nominated by Mrs. Curtis for office of president. <br />Mr. Root seconded it, and it was unanimously carried. <br />Vice President - Mr. ,P,.Qot was nominated by Mr. Kohen for office of vice - <br />presiden . Mrs. Curtis seconded it, and it was unanimously carried.. <br />Secretar - Mrs. Curtis was nominated by Mr. Root for office of secretary. <br />Mr. Kohn seconded it, and it was unanimously carried. <br />UPvn acc ptance of the above elections, the new and duly elected officers are <br />to hold office until the expiration of their terms, which shall be December 7, 1959, <br />whereupon their successors will proceed. <br />Mr. F <br />of the <br />:n then replaced Mr. Mezykowski in presiding -for- the remainder <br />eting.. <br />
