Section 7. Vacancies. Should the office of president or vice president <br />become <br />the next <br />office. <br />successor, <br />shall be <br />, the Board of Trustees shall elect a successor from its membership at <br />meeting, and such election shall be for the unexpired term of said <br />the office of secretary becomes vacant, the Trustees shall appoint a <br />provided in Section 5 of this article. <br />ARTICLE III - MEETINGS <br />on 1. Annual Meeting. The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees <br />on the first Monday of December at 3:00 p.m., at the regular office <br />of the Redevelopment Department. <br />Section 2. Special Meetings. The president of the Board of Trustees may <br />call a specizl meeting when he deems it expedient,) Upon the written request of two <br />members of the Trustees, the president shall call a special meeting of the Trustees <br />- for the purpose of transacting business designated in the call. The call for a <br />special meeting may be delivered to each member of the Board of Trustees or may be <br />mailed to the business or home address of each member of the Board of Trustees at <br />least two days prior to the date of such special meeting. At such special meeting <br />no business shall be considered other than as designated in the call, but if all the <br />members of the Board of Trustees are present at a special meeting, any and all busi- <br />ness may be transacted at such special meeting. <br />Section 3. Quorum. The powers of the Board of Trustees shall be vested in <br />the members thereof in office from time to time. Three members of the Board of Trustees <br />shall consti to a quorum for the purpose of conducting its business and exercising its <br />powers and for all other purposes, but a smaller number may adjourn from time to time <br />until a quorum is obtained. When a quorum is in attendance, action may be taken by <br />the Board of �rustees upon a vote of a majority of the Trustees present. <br />
