Secretary, The Trustees shall elect one of their own members to <br />act as secretary, who shall serve without compensation. <br />Section 5. Additional Duties. The officers of the Trustees shall perform <br />such other du des and functions as may from time to time be required by the Trustees <br />or the <br />secretary <br />of the Board <br />are elected <br />or rules and regulations of the Trustees. <br />n 6. Election or Appointment.
