South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting -November 2, 2007 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Public Hearing <br />(7) continued... <br />known, so that everybody knows that I was <br />here. I'm part of the other side that is <br />eventually going to be impacted along with <br />Bell Parts and Hope Rescue Mission. I'm <br />very concerned with my property, and I've <br />worked with Jeff and with Bill to get an idea, <br />and something that I've had to learn in the <br />last five years is patience. It's hard to do <br />because you want to know what's going on. <br />But it's a longer process than any of us want <br />it to be. But since my parents owned that <br />property thirty years ago, it's always been a <br />question. When the Cove came in, it was a <br />question, because they attempted to acquire <br />our property at that time. If you know of <br />anybody that's anywhere in the <br />neighborhood that's not here, we need to get <br />them here. The representatives want to work <br />with the people, so it's really important we <br />get everybody here. Eventually, all the <br />property that surrounds the Cove may be <br />impacted. So we need to get them here to as <br />many meetings as we possibly can so they <br />don't show up at the last meeting and be <br />surprised, or bring up new ideas. <br />MS.
