Public Hearing <br />(5) continued... <br />Mr. Peczkowski observed that the grounds <br />maintenance has gone up significantly from <br />2006. He asked if increased labor accounts <br />for the changes. Ms. Cathy Catlin responded <br />that the biggest chunk of that increase is <br />snow removal. There was a significant <br />amount of snow last winter. There was also <br />an unforeseen problem with pigeons. <br />Mr. Peczkowski asked if the tenants pay for <br />the increase in their CAMS. Ms. Catlin <br />responded that, yes, the CAM is reconciled in <br />the first quarter. <br />Ms. Jones opened the public hearing for <br />whoever wished to be heard regarding <br />Resolution No. 2384. <br />MR. JUAN MANIGAULT, 1623 Kevin Ct. <br />My first question is, will any of the tenants <br />along the Michigan St. corridor be impacted <br />by this resolution? <br />MS. CATLIN: Yes, like I just said, we <br />charge them back the Common Area <br />Maintenance. So, we estimate what they are <br />going to be for the budget year, then we go <br />back to them after the budget year is closed <br />and make adjustments. Sometimes it's a <br />credit, sometimes it's an additional charge. <br />MR. MANIGAULT: I've read previously. I <br />don't have it with me here. I want to ask <br />specifically about LePeeps Restaurant. It's a <br />restaurant I frequent a lot. My understanding <br />is that they are being forgiven $21,000 on the <br />24 <br />
