<br /> Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Gilot and carried, the above Proposals

<br /> Mr. Gary Gilot advised the board that on May 9, 2005, quotations were received and opened for
<br /> the above referred to project. After reviewing those quotations, Ms. Tonya Zozulya, Community
<br /> and Economic Development, recommends that the Board award the contract to the lowest
<br /> responsive and responsible bidder, CFH Landscape Services, 813 South Michigan, South Bend,
<br /> Indiana, in the amount of$120.00 per mowing. Therefore, Mr. Gilot made a motion that the
<br /> recommendation be accepted and the quotation be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Littrell
<br /> seconded the motion,which carried.
<br /> APPROVAL OF REOUEST TO REJECT QUOTATIONS —LINCOLNWAY WEST FLOWER
