After reviewing those bids, Mr. Durr recommends <br /> that the Board award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders as follows: <br /> Rieth Riley Construction—Base Bid(HMA Portion) Various Unit Prices <br /> Bit Mat Products—Base Bid(Tack/Dust Control Portion) Various Unit Prices <br /> Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be <br /> awarded as outlined above.
